1. Who we are

Kids can explore the site and play with it. Signing up for news, and buying, are for adults 18 and over only. The site gives children no way to send us personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

5. Your Dino shelf
The shelf saves the Dinos you've opened on this site in your own browser only. We never receive it. Clearing your browser, or using another device, empties it. It's just for fun: Dinos on the shelf aren't purchases, have no money value, and can't be swapped for anything.
6. Pictures and 3D models
The 3D models, pictures and animations on this site show what DIGEIS DINOS is like. Real figures, cards and boxes may differ a little in colour, size and detail. What each product contains is described where it's sold.
7. Other websites
Some links take you to other websites, such as Square for checkout. We don't control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
8. No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as it is. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, DIGEIS isn't responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by using this website. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law, or limits any liability that can't legally be limited.
